At Monaco Street we invest in both real estate development and income producing assets.
Monaco Street partners with real estate developers with strong local knowledge to invest in land and residential development. Investment is typically a co-investment with the real estate partner. Investments range from $2 million to $50 million. We expect to have capital back in two years with a minimum IRR of 12%. Investment vehicles include joint ventures, limited partnerships and corporations.
Monaco Street, depending on market cycles and location, invests in multi-family properties and medical office buildings with a view to provide cash flow yield to investors. Investment time frames range from five to 10 years with an expected yield of 6%+ and IRR of 12%.
